Now, The Pumpkins were amazing. Billy commanded the stage like no one I have ever seen (and I have seen Jimmy Page play). After about a half hour in the balcony I decided to mix it up and hit the floor. When I got there a couple of things happened. The first was that they played (what I assume was) Cash Car Superstar and it rocked. Billy remarked that this song was the audition to let Jimmy back into the band.

The second thing I noticed when I got real close was that D'arcy looked really really bad. Her face was very skinny and her clothes were all loose. I also noticed that she took no joy in the concert, She never smiled or made side comments. I read that earlier in the week she was at odds with the boys … but Darcy looked like she could barely stand. That is why I think she is wearing the huge cowboy hat…to hide. Now why has the band played the exact same setlist every show? Well, it looks like we have a video coming, if not a live album. We spotted cameras around the venue and that would explain whey every show was the same… for remixing purposes.

Now the exception to the rule was that after Geek USA Billy kept playing. James had said right before " I swear we are leaving after this song". Well, since Billy kept going, James did too.. so before we knew it we were in Siva. Yet after Siva Billy kept playing. Jimmy Chamberlain kept up… so did Iha. After a few minutes Darcy walked off bored. Billy and James kept jamming… When James got bored of the jamming he went to walk of stage. Billy would not let him leave… so James took the microphone and kept it from the band.

Once James realized that Billy and Jimmy weren't going anywhere he started screaming into the mikes… egging them on. It was profoundly rock and roll of him, I couldn't help but think of the outro to Free Bird… it never ends.
