This show was not as eventful as the first night but the music was right on the money. I was sitting so close to Billy he could have spit on me if he wanted to...but sadly he did not. Well, they only played 16 songs but each was close to 10 minutes long. I bootlegged the whole show like a godamn pro even though it was my first time, I didn't miss a second of the show. Heres the set list-o-fun! -First off there was 2-4 minutes of organ music produced by the piano player dude, here's really weird. -they opened with a LOUD LOUD to Sheila which gave me a nose bleed -then a super long version of tear, after hearing this song being played it quickly became my favorite, especially since there was not electronic drums behind Billy's voice during the quiet part, they also lagged the song for a good 3 minutes -Then they played the tale of dusty and pistol Pete a song ive never actually sat down and listened to but its really really good (but you all know that) this was also the only song that was played like it is on the album. -Then the was over driven AVA Adore there's a funky piano solo in the middle and there's not a trace of electronica left in it....god I came twice during this song.....ooooh it gives me chills just thinking about it.... -Daphne decends....nuf said. -Annie dog, just piano and Billy's voice very pretty, very sexy very pumpkins -Perfect this song is gonna launch this album into fame cause people cheered for this song more than tonight tonight......oooh, it was electric of full of fun -Thru the eyes of ruby they changed this song around to make it fit the adore mood, usually on MCIS it goes (E G slide to D F# A A# B) but they cut out the ascending middle and let James handle the same old lead part it was weird, but good....not nearly as aggressive. -A long long for martha....it was like a trance....i cant explain that. -Tonight tonight acoustic and perdy its played differently it was arranged differently like it starts off with the C9 G/B D thing instead of G Em. -Once upon a time Billy solo the vocals were a little too loud and i couldn't hear his guitar, but it came out good on the bootleg -bullet with butterfly wings.....15 minutes long....better then mellon chollie im still shivering, they added bits of zero in it too just to keep it interesting -Shame light and happybilly says goodbye Encore -Billy and pumpkins produce the .4 million dollar check to the Hale house -1979 they changed the main riff from the D# slide to E down to B then A To
Very very good.....sadly they did not play transmission oh well it was worth the 52 dollars!!!! |
