"Looks like it's an official site from the address, but this Smashing Pumpkins on-line shrine is a labour of love through and through. Set up by a Pumpkins fan who spends an unhealthy amount of time translating his obsession with the hard-rockin' fast-livin' band into a virtual homage, it's a site to rival the best produced by record labels and official fan clubs. 
The judges agreed that he has done a mighty fine job. "The Smashing Pumpkins site has a lot on it and it looks so good it could be a commercial site. Very cleverly done."
